Can be equipped with 3 axis servo driven robots to reduce production costs.
Blow pin is electric driven with quick response and smooth moves. Blow pin adjustment by setting parameters from the touch screen and free from mechanical adjusting.
Electric lifting of platform and deflashing device
PLC (with touch screen) to control operation and temperature (with PID function).
Reliable pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control element with long life usage.

Electric carriage movements by servo motor offer typical advantages of electric drives such as instant acceleration, accurate braking and adjustable speed.
Hydraulic cylinders for the clamping offer flexibility with the mold height, high forces and a small weight as they are typical for hydraulic machines.
